Become a Supporter

The Committee invites you to become a Supporter of the Festival which next year, 2020, will be in its 2nd year. Our aim is to bring classical music of the highest quality to East Devon through young, experienced and professional musicians from mostly outside the county. If you appreciate and enjoy our music, we invite you to offer financial support at one of the following levels:

Sponsorship Packages

Platinum Support
At this level, we ask that you sponsor a minimum of £1,000. You can fully support one of our concerts or specifically cover publicity expenses or website costs for example. The choice is yours and we would appreciate your suggestion at this level.

Gold Support

At this level, we ask that you sponsor £500. We anticipate this would be placed in support of one of the concerts, unless you specify which.

Silver Support
At this level, we ask that you sponsor £250. We anticipate this would be placed in support of one of the concerts, unless you specify which.

Bronze Support
At this level, we ask that you sponsor £100. We anticipate this would be placed in support of one of the concerts, unless you specify which.

If you are a taxpayer, all the above financial donations are eligible for Gift Aid, which adds further to their value. Let us know, if this applies to you when making your donation.

Of course, the Festival requires many volunteers to ensure the Festival events run smoothly and in other ways including at the Festival’s Drinks reception, providing canapés if required, assisting concert goers at the various venues, assisting with publicity distribution, meeting artists if offering and providing accommodation. If practical assistance is your preference, please contact David Reeks as below.

The Festival visits different venues with its music and in June 2020, it will add to those visited last year. If you would like to encourage us to visit others, please let us know. If not in town, good parking availability is a pre-requisite as are the acoustics of the proposed venue.

In the first instance, please contact David Reeks, our Chairman and Treasurer at eastdevonmusic@gmail.com
