Jean Price memorial concert

7 May 2019 - Sidholme Music Room As this year’s Jean Price memorial concert, the Festival was very pleased to welcome Devon-born pianist Nina Savicevic to play her chosen programme, which included works by works by Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin and unusually Debussy’s La Cathedrale Engloutie. The Debussy featured at the end of her interview on Radio Devon in December 2018. Nina introduced all the music to a full house, which gave her a rousing reception. A pupil at Wells Cathedral School, she is starting at the Royal Northern College of Music with Professor Ashley Wass September 2019.
